Moringa Energy Balls – Supercharged Seed & Ginger

A nutrient-packed version of moringa energy balls with added protein, fiber, and essential fatty acids for sustained energy.

Ingredients

  • 1 heaped tablespoon moringa leaf powder

  • 150g (1 cup) mixed seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, hemp, flax)

  • 1 heaped teaspoon cinnamon powder

  • ½ teaspoon freshly grated ginger

  • 100g (⅔ cup) raisins (or half dates, half raisins for added fiber)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter (or tahini for extra minerals)

  • 1 tablespoon ground chia seeds (for omega-3s & fiber)

  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut (for healthy fats & texture)

  • 1 tablespoon collagen powder (optional, for protein boost)

Instructions

  1. Grind the seeds, moringa powder, cinnamon, and chia seeds in a food processor until you get a coarse meal.

  2. Add the raisins, vanilla extract, almond butter, and grated ginger and process until the mixture begins to clump together.

  3. If needed, add a tablespoon of warm water to help it bind.

  4. Roll into bite-sized balls, then roll in shredded coconut for an extra nutrient boost.

  5. Enjoy immediately or store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
